What a tiny house is and what is inside

A tiny house is a full house at a small size: one living room with a kitchen corner, a table and a sofa bed, a separate bathroom with a shower, and a sleeping place. In Lavanda that is a loft under the ceiling; in Saulriets a mattress on the floor by the timber wall.
The kitchen has an electric hob, a kettle, coffee, pots, pans, dishes and wine glasses. The fridge in Saulriets is full size, in Lavanda a mini one. There is Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, soap and shower gel; Lavanda also has a hair dryer and shampoo.
There is no TV and no washing machine. The tap water is not for drinking, so the host leaves bottled water. That is everything a tiny house needs: the rest happens outside.

Saulriets or Lavanda
Both houses are the same size and cost the same. Saulriets is black, with a big window facing the meadow, a hammock between the birches and a full-size fridge. Lavanda is grey, with a sleeping loft, air conditioning and sun loungers on the deck.
If you like sleeping high up under a timber ceiling and want cool air in summer, take Lavanda. If you would rather skip the ladder and have the bed at floor level, take Saulriets.
- Lavanda: a loft bed, Saulriets: a floor mattress
- Air conditioning only in Lavanda
- A hammock between the birches at both
- The same price for both
Who a tiny house suits, and who it does not
The house suits a couple, a family with two children, or two friends who do not mind sharing one room. Four adults fit, but in the evening the sofa bed in the living room is where two of them sleep.
- A couple who wants quiet, a river and a deck instead of a hotel corridor
- A family with children: the children sleep on the sofa bed or up in the loft
- Remote work with Wi-Fi and a table on the deck
- A group of friends who book both houses side by side
- Not for a group of more than four in one house
- Not for a party: quiet from 22:00, and other guests next door
A tiny house stay all year round

The houses can be rented in autumn and winter too. Both have a heater; Lavanda also has the air conditioner, which works as a heat pump. In winter the river and the grove are silent, and you can sit on the deck in a blanket with hot tea.
In summer life moves outside: the grill, the hanging chair, SUP boards and kayaks at the park next door. Bring mosquito repellent for the evenings: a river bank is a river bank.
The price is the same all year: EUR 95 on weekdays, EUR 100 on holiday dates and EUR 105 on Friday and Saturday nights. Airbnb shows the exact price for your dates.
